Turning And Milling For Butterfly Valve

General Details

Introduction

As shown in the figure, when machining the valve body, the operator positions the required workpiece on the tooling fixture and presses the workpiece.

his machine is a turning and milling machining center. The left side is composed of a horizontal CNC moving slide table and a CNC brake head. The right side is a horizontal CNC moving slide table, a drill head (horizontal machining center) and a tool magazine. Cylinder composition. The middle is composed of hydraulic rotary table, fixtures and other parts, and is equipped with independent electrical cabinets, hydraulic stations, centralized lubrication devices, full protection, chip conveyors, and waterways. The workpiece is manually lifted and hydraulically clamped. See the mechanism schematic for details.

The bed body adopts the integral casting form, the bed rail is precisely ground, and the contact surface of the guide rail is carefully scraped to ensure the movement precision of the machine tool and ensure the stability of the equipment.

As shown in the figure, when machining the valve body, the operator positions the required workpiece on the tooling fixture and presses the workpiece. After adjusting the position of the workpiece, operate the CNC panel and the device runs. Both ends of the equipment are processed at the same time. One end performs processing steps such as an outer circle and an end surface. At the other end, drilling, boring, and internal step processing are performed. It is equipped with a tool magazine for automatic tool change. After the butterfly valve is processed at the current position, the rotary table rotates 180°. End face and outer circle are processed after boring, and the end which outer circle and the end surface is processed for boring.

The operation is simple, and the workpiece can be processed in a plurality of processes with only one positioning. And it has greatly reduced the labor force.
