The FFU (Fan Filter Unit) is a kind of self-powered, modular end air supply device with filtration function.
The FFU filters the top air through a HEPA filter, and the filtered clean air is uniformly sent out over the entire air outlet at the velocity of 0.45 m/s ± 20%. It is widely used in semiconductor, liquid crystal manufacturing, electronics, bio-pharmaceutical and other industries.
